Can We Meet Your Event Deadlines? That depends on your planning and lead time – as much as we would like to say “yes” every time, there will be times when we need to inform our customers that there is simply not enough lead time to deliver with complete confidence in time for your event – give us time and we can be completely confident that we will deliver on time, every time! We advertise guides to lead times on every product page for your information but this is an area in which we will always be very upfront with our customers, as we aim to please and honestly inform always. Please be aware that we can take on some projects based on materials and other factors which can increase a lead time from average guidelines – in these cases, we will again inform upfront to keep all customers fully aware of the process from the outset. At Neckline Branding, honesty and informed advice will always guide our customer order communications.

What Payment Terms Are Offered? Can We Pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer? We offer both credit card payments and bank transfer payments for all customers and like to work towards offering credit terms for customers whenever we can. For new customers, we will ask for payment or part payment upfront

Can We See Product Samples Before Order Placement? Yes, of course you can. In fact, we welcome this enquiry from new and returning customers alike – our priority and guiding principle is to make sure we get things right for our customers and the supply of samples is a very important part of the process at Neckline Branding.

How Can We Be Sure That Our Products Ordered Will Look Great? We have many checks and balances in place to ensure that the products purchased and orders placed by all customers are exactly as expected. For that reason, we try to highlight as much information as possible on each product page. Our product imagery is a constant work in improvement progress and we make sure that all orders are signed off and checked throughout the order process for every customer order. We will often offer customers a pre-production sample as part of your order also – this is a fully bespoke and complete customer logo branded tie, scarf, lanyard or badge to be signed off as correct before bulk product is commenced and the complete order is delivered to your required location.
